By all accounts, Bobby's Superbowl Smash at Jeff's was another resounding BBPT success.

Kyle won his third BBPT tournament, giving him a sizable point lead in the overall standings. Adding insult to injury to the players that did not win, Kyle also won the first ever BBPT knockout bounty, collecting an additional $50.

Bobby managed to put up a single point with his 10th place finish, which was somewhat more respectable than his 0 point showing the previous month. Bobby's night ended sooner than expected when he tangled with Sean, who incorrectly sensed weakness on Bobby's part and called his all-in. Sean showed A10 and Bobby showed QQ. An Ace hit the flop and Bobby was left to debate Bryan on the merits of MMA vs WWE.

Chris continued in his slumping ways by finishing in 9th place for only 2 points.

Bryan put up a goose-egg by finishing in last place. Mitchell managed to take out Bobby by blinding out in a strategic manner.

Danny, Jeff and Darren finished in the middle of the pack with 4, 5 and 6 points respectively.

Sean could not leverage his better than average chip stack coming to the final table, which saw him fold away most of his stack until finally finding himself on the other end of an A10 vs. QQ hand. Phil's Queens held up and provided him another 5000 chips to play with going into the late stages.

Finishing in third spot like clockwork was Mike, who remains this season's BBPT Bubble Boy. Mike also has the distinction of being the player with the most points without a cash.

There was some interesting discussion on the last hand of the tourney. Both players had decent sized stacks going into the final hand. Phil raised to 2000 pre flop with pocket 6s. Kyle called and hit top pair and an open ended straight draw. Kyle pushed all-in on the turn, and after some deliberation, got called from Phil, who was drawing nearly dead, needing one of the two remaining sixes to reclaim the lead in the hand. It was not to be and Kyle took down his third BBPT title.
