Hello there poker fans, this is your favorite poker reporter Cliff “Runner Runner Chaser” McDougal back from a great rehab in Compton. Have to admit being clean and sober for the last 7 minutes has been the nest time of my life, it’s all about baby steps gents.

So we are just over two weeks away from the kick off the poker season. Many have been wondering what the current champ has been doing with his time, so we asked him. Mike had this to say “It’s an amazing feeling to be the champ and I’m proud to up hold the standards expected out of a champion”. Well that’s what we think he said, won’t lie he was pretty hammered and kept talking into the cup as it was his phone. Classy sir, very classy.

We asked our current champ 3 quick fire questions (there were more but he fell asleep during the interview and he may or may not of been wearing pants)

• Are we going to see a new champ? Maybe.
• Are we going to see a lot of card caught and then people saying it was skill? Without a question.
• Is Darren going to shit with the door open? Wouldn’t be a poker tourney without it.

I should be releasing a new blog before the launch of the season but may not as I have been sober now for 2 min and 34 seconds (this baby is taking really small fucking steps) and I can’t make any promises. Unless you’re my dealer and then yes I promise I will pay you back.
