As the tour approaches the kickoff for BBPT VI: Bobby’s World, the league’s “Wizard of Excel” has mic dropped a new spreadsheet for all to revel in. Phil has extrapolated 5 years of poker data to introduce rankings (first time in BBPT history) for this upcoming season.

Phil explains:
I used Minutes Played, Average Points — top seven finishes, Cashing Frequency, Wins (Average/year for all time), and Final Tables (Average per year all time). In each category, I used 50% from all time stats vs 50% for Season 5 to come up with ordinal rankings 1 to 18. The better your score, the better you rank. Hence, person with the lowest score stats showing they are the better player.
